Zebra TLP 2844 configuration to print receipt and customer ship

OK! I'm alright now. I only had to send a direct command to the
printer to comply with the label.

Steps taken were:

Go to CONTROL PANEL then PRINTERS AND FAXES icon
highlight the ZEBRA TLP2844 printer then right click, then PROPERTIES
after that go to the PRINTER tab. Then from ADVANCED... you can send
your commands founds from the programming manual supplied with the
printer.

Hello!

Can anyone help??!! I am trying to print receipt and customer
entries in a 2"x4" label. So far I've installed the Zebra driver and
Seagull one, in Crytal Reports 8.5 when you 'Print Preview' the
report it seems to be fine and also when viewed in Vantage 6.1 it
looks fine as well. But when you try to print it in Zebra TLP 2844
the details dont seem to fit in the prescribed label
dimensions. I dont think it is the layout margin because I've tried
to change it even to zero but to no avail.
