Zebra label printers and Crystal 2008

I am a little confused about the size - my label size is 2 x .5 .



I did change the paper size to 4.0 4.0 and this did not help.



I do not have rotate 180* checked.

On your Seagull printer preferences for your printer under page setup.

Change the size to 4.0 4.0, for bigger size

Orientation should be Portrait. Not Portrait 180*

I customized the label RcvLabel to 2 wide and 1/2 length.

We are on Epicor 9.05.605, Crystal 2008 and the Zebra printer is GX430t.

When I print from Crystal designer, the label is fine.

When I go through Receipt Entry (Material Management > Shipping/Receiving >
General Operations) Actions > Print Labels - the printing has been rotated
180 degrees and the print is so small it is hard to read.

So, I exported this from a print preview of the Crystal report as a PDF file
and it print just fine.

Anyone have an answer?
