Just curious … I’m writing a rather intensive BPM that works along with the yield recalculation process. In one of my tests, I reported 11 good, 1 nonconformance item in a qty 12 job. while in inspection, the first operation (which was complete, and was marked complete) caused the yield recalc process to run.
If the part ends up being usable, and it goes either from Inspection or DMR back to the job, then does the recalc process ever change it back to 12? Or does it only decrease the production quantity based on the status of the quantities when the first operation was marked as completed?
