We just finalized our year end inventory and we need to upload the updated data into Epicor. I have already entered in the new warehouse names as well as the many bins we have inside each warehouse location. Before this, we only ever had ONE warehouse setup and everything used that as a primary warehouse, with a generic bin as its primary bin.
Now that im trying to change this, i noticed the dmt just added the new warehouse as another option and left the old warehouse as the primary. From my trials, there seems to be no field in DMT (under Part) to change the primary warehouse checkbox on the Part> Sites>Warehouses>List menu. The only way ive been able to change it is by manually selecting primary on the newly DMT’d warehouse (which would take a life time to change the 2000 ish parts id like to change.)
Is there an easier way to do this with DMT or is an updateable dashboard the best route to take?
