XP - window resizing - problem solved

I thought the resolution for Vantage had to be 800 x 600.

The min resolution is 800x600.

I cannot see using anything less than 1024x768.

I've been getting the same errors since going to XP on my laptop. I suspect
it has something to do with the Windows Fonts for something, but haven't
figured it out yet.

We have installed a Vantage (5.20) client on a windows XP professional
workstation. And all screens that can be resized like print preview,
engineering worbench etc. produce all kinds of error messages about
widgets
out of scope of a window.

Does anyone else encountered the same problem? I have the same problem
with
vantage 5.10 and 6.00 on Windows XP. Workstations with Windows 2000 have
no
problems.

Been using Vantage 5.2 on Windows XP(5.1) since November, no problems with displays. I'm using Windows XP style, normal font size, 1024 x 768 pixels on a laptop flat panel, 96DPI.

Been using Vantage 5.2 on Windows XP(5.1) since November, no problems with
displays. I'm using Windows XP style, normal font size, 1024 x 768 pixels
on
a laptop flat panel, 96DPI.

Gil

Same here, only went to XP on a new workstation. Have contacted support
twice, but they have been unable to figure this out either....

I've been getting the same errors since going to XP on my laptop. I
suspect
it has something to do with the Windows Fonts for something, but haven't
figured it out yet.

Troy,
Are you are talking about changing the Windows DPI? If so, you would right
click on your desktop, then go to display properties, settings tab, advanced
and finally the general tab where you will find the drop down box with the
DPI settings.

Good luck,

Good catch, Ron. How do you change the DPI manually?
