Dan - if you haven't already; check the "No Printer (optimized for screen
display)" Crystal printer options on your report(s) page setup. Not
selected (check marked), this option can produce some strange results when
viewing a crystal report.

This machine is run Crystal Reports XI R2 developer Crystal reports have
been to saved in XI. This client was working fine before the IE 8.0
upgrade. After removing & reinstalling all Crystal components the
problem appears to be a windows resizing issue., after dragging the
window corner to a large window all data appears. Is the default report
display window set by I.E.?

We have the same setup and do not have this problem. What version of
Crystal are your reports written on... version 10 or 11?

I have an XP client that updated to I.E. 8.0. Crystal reports i.e. Sales
Order Ack. display as a Gray screen when print previewing ( reports
print out as expected when printed). I have uninstalled all Crystal
Reports programs per Epicors advice. I currently have only the Epicor
Crystal Runtime installed with the same results. Anyone else seen this
before?
Thanks,
Dan Shallbetter
