On a part master - the buyer is identified as Person A, but when the PO suggestions are run for Person B - items having person A as buyer are showing up. And the results show Person B as buyer in the results (Buyer ID column) - which is incorrect per the Part Master. Is there any other place where buyer ID is maintained? Any idea why items are showing for Buyer B but the buyer is Buyer A (per part master)?
Hi Cory,
The buyer may also be setup on a part class. I do believe however, that Part Site buyer overrides part class buyer per screenshot of help on the field. One buyer will be able to see another buyer’s suggestions if they are setup as an authorized buyer for the other buyer. The suggestion however, will be assigned to the buyer, not the authorized user, as seen in the new po suggestion data. One other thing I can think of is that the buyer can be manually changed on a new PO suggestion.

Thank you – I checked Part Class and no buyer was specified there.

Problem solved. EPicor required a re-gen of PO suggestions to take the latest changes into effect. Thank you.
