Just an FYI, if you don't have epicweb.epicor.com or the machine that
downloaded the patch in your "Trusted Sites" list in Internet Exploder,
you'll see that the file cannot be run and you'll get the message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have
the appropriate permission to access this item."
OK, I'm running as Administrator, so that's not the problem. It turns out,
to run the program (service pack, etc.), right-mouse click and do a
properties. You'll see a button at the bottom that says, "Unblock" with a
message saying that the file came from another computer that might not be
safe.
Others may have seen this but this is the first time I have run across it.
Windows 2K3 server BTW...
