We currently use Part Class to group parts and indicate which parts require inspection, and our inspectors use MES for inspecting products prior to receiving the materials. Everything is working well, except I’m not sure where / how to look up inspection information. Given a job number how can I can figure out if the materials have went through inspection yet as well as who the inspector was, how many were inspected, etc?
This data is held in the Nonconformance table (regardless of whether any goods were failed or not). It is NOT available in any User facing screens once you leave the Inspection Processing screen or move onto another inspection.
I would recommend a dashboard with appropriate filters for your environment (re: job number) in order to retrieve the results.
