I can’t believe I’ve never seen this before. What fires it?

I haven’t been able to hit it from the SO tracker or customer tracker.

Just did a trace clicking “Retrieve” on the Orders > Open tab of Customer Tracker and got it. Maybe the call was replaced with something else in a later version than I am?
