Where are "Defaults" saved for Report forms?

I have a user that says they enter an “As of Date” in the Stock Status Report form, but a different date is used when the report renders. The data is also limited to that incorrect date, so its not just displaying the wrong date.

I’m thinking they have values saved in the “Save Defaults”

Can I see those values?

The Customization/Personalization Maintenance program doesn’t seem to show it.
