Hello everyone,
We received the product for RMA and we need to replace only one small component of it.
Then, when creating a job for RMA, do I just put in the parts that need to be replaced as raw materials?
Or should I just enter the product’s BOM as is?
Or, should I just enter the product number and the RM I want to replace it with?
I’m guessing it’s one of these three, which one?
Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could explain the RMA Disposition for the Job type.

Additional questions) I might be wrong. In this case, I should not disposition this RMA to the previous existing Job, right? Is that correct to create a new Repair Job?
