When certain user logs in, the screen locks up

Hello,

I have a user who tried to create an icon on her main screen and now when she tries to log in, it doesn’t load the main screen and locks up.

I tried deleting both personalizations and customizations from today and that didn’t help.

I also tried logging in as her on a different PC, same thing.

Any ideas?

Not sure but Try running the queries on Sysuser Tables and compare the Problematic User and Normal User entries.
