What would cause a Pack ID to not show in Quick Ship Shipments screen? One of our users was trying to locate a Pack ID in Quick Ship that was FREIGHTED, but it would not pull up. User went into Epicor and UNFREIGHTED and FREIGHTED and was able to bring it up in Quick Ship to print Shipping Label.
Yes, the user has never had any issues bringing up Pack IDs in Quick Ship before.
QS still uses files to do the handoff. It is possible the file was just mangled for some reason. I had one this week where the pack had been unfreighted and changed from UPS to FedEx in Epicor, but QS was throwing UPS account invalid since unfreighting doesn’t remove the QS shipment it just changes its status.
Now I am curious what shipping label you are printing from QS. Our users never even open their web interface except to close carriers.

Our UPS and FedEx labels just print. Do you have to go into QS for all of them or just a reprint?
If a label doesn’t print for us they just unfreight and freight again.
Yes, it was just for a reprint for the label. User did unfreight and freight again in Epicor to get that shipping label. So, I guess that is the correct flow.
There is no way to reprint shipping labels in QS?
The label isn’t really in QS. The GraphicImage field is the ZPL label.
They send the request to the carrier and the carrier sends a reply back with the label and the PrintMon service just pushes that to the printer.
