What permissions are needed to change the FX rate in Epicor,

When I need to change the FX rate in Epicor, I need to be able to back date to the first day of the month. However, I am not allowed to do so.

Please see the error message in the snapshot below. FYI, this snapshot is from today.

I’ve given the user all of the group access not sure what else they need?

I do believe you need admin user rights to do this. Mainly because data backdate related to FX is a bit risky. You will end up with entries same date (with different exchange rate) if users try to enter something within the new time frame of your new FX
