Weird BAQ / Dashboard issue - No results returned

We have a certain user that if she makes her own BAQ it’ll return data, but if she tries to use a shared BAQ, or dashboard, it’ll not return any data. This happens across multiple BAQs/Dashboards

Verified user’s Epicor groups & securities
We only have one Company but two sites, verified user is in correct site.
Doesn’t matter what PC she uses, so moving to another computer didn’t help.
Cleared the Epicor cache anyway, didn’t help

Sounds similar to this archived thread, but no resolution seemed to be there either.

I’m out of ideas. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Have you tried Profiler or a trace?

What about the security on the BAQ itself. I only noticed that yesterday, a nice feature that is not in 9.

Perhaps try flipping the shared and all companies checkboxes and saving.

What about User options for Dashboard developer/BAQ Advance user settings?

Thanks for the suggestions Hally,

It was odd, as this user has worked for the company for a long time and recently been promoted to a new job. The clue was when she told me the dashboards / BAQs the she couldn’t use were Customer & Sale Order related ones, probably Quote but didn’t I test any of those.

Once I was told that, I checked her Work Force ID with one of her new co-workers. All the settings looked right, just that she had her name listed under Authorized Users. I removed that and eveything works now, so I guess it was causing some kind of conflict.

@Randy
That definitely is weird. In our system without an authorized user setup for each person/workforce our users can’t enter in time. I also found out early on in the piece if you don’ add the workforce to the main territory then they can’t enter in Cases.

More interesting is what’s behind the scenes,on the front it’s name workforce, but on the backend the table is salesrep!

Agreed, it seems to be acting weird from what I’ve seen with Workforce.
