Webpage Popup

I have a dashboard that I would like for a webpage to popup when a link is clicked. How would I put this into the dashboard? For example I want a sheet in the dashboard to have a link for tracking information. If you click on this it will open up the UPS website.

If you are specifically looking for a popup then you will have to do a Customization.

Handle the Click Event and make use of:

Awesome! I got that to work. Now I just need to figure out how to make it open in a browser like Internet Explorer or Chrome. Any ideas?
