Another issue now. I am trying to void tags by Highlighting the part being voided on the Part grid in Count Cycle Maintenance and then when trying to select the Void Tag by Part option on the Actions menu is always grayed out. The status is Tags Generated in Count Cycle Maintenance. Any ideas? We are in EPICOR 10
I don’t believe you can void tags until you have started the count.
