Vista/ Vantage 8.03 - MES Auto Clock out from MES Data collectio

I am able to do this with Vantage 6.1 and the Labor Collector/Gateway by running a simple progress query for people still clocked in, pull their shift time and create a record in the VTRAN.DBF file and the Labor Collector/Gateway processes into Vantage. Epicor got rid of the Labor Collector/Gateway module in Vantage 8.x and I am told that all the same functions of the Labor Collector/Gateway can be done using Service Connect.

We are trying to Implement a Process set in Vista 8.03 to run at midnight and see if there is someone (Any Shop Employee) still clocked in MES data collection, If yes then clock him out. and Changethe ActClockouttime to his End of Shift time instead of midnight time when this employee was clocked out by Auto Process Set.
Any Idea or if someone have implement something close to this.
