View Purchase Order ChangeLog (Kinetic UI)

I’m trying to access a purchase order changelog in the Kinetic UX using the browser and I don’t see the option. Does anyone know how to get to the changelog?

Note that in the classic interface we would use Actions > ChangeLog. I don’t see that option in Kinetic.

In Kinetic the changelog is this little icon
