Hello group! Our company is currently in the process of upgrading from 8.03.409 to 9.05.603 and we are experiencing an issue where the "Verify Balances" routine is zeroing out our opening balances for some accounts/some years. To date, Epicor has been able to provide very little support with this issue although it appears to be a known issue/bug. Has anyone else here seen this problem and/or know of any resolutions?
