Vendor Part Number-PO's (not automating)

I'm not sure if 5.2 is the same as 5.0 but we enter the Vendor Part number
in Vendor Price Break Maintenance. The only way I can see the vendor part
not showing up is if we are using multiple suppliers and don't have the
vendor part entered in one of them.
