VB forms in packing slip

Thanks so much Wayne. I knew I was forgetting something, as soon as I read
it I remembered!

In the VB Form configuration screen, when you double click on a field to go
into its properties, there should be a blank titled "external name" or
something similar. Fill that in with a name appropriate to the data you're
storing. Run a print preview of the form to regenerate the .DBF files in
\VntgWork Then in Crystal, open your form and run the menu item Database
-> Verify Database The VB form field should show up in Crystal now.

Hi,
Please tell me I am missing something. Is there a way to get the
information from a VB form in the packing slip onto the Crystal packing
slip? I don't see the field available in Crystal, could this be true?

Set your external Name, Run a PS, then go into Crystal and verify the
database. The new external VB field name should be available. We are
using it for determining due dates for Subcontract operations.
