First things are to run the report once that creates the DBF files that get used. Then in Crystal's developer screens you'll need to verify the database so that it "sees" the new fields. They should then show up. If not review the help screens for VB forms because if I recall correctly there is a naming convention for getting them into the DBF file. Another trick is to open the DBF file with Excel (or other spreadsheet) and view the data fields (columns) to see what is getting generated by Vantage.

Hope this helps a bit.

I'm really new at this and hoping someone in the group could give me quick help on how to pull a couple of fields I added into the Sales Order Release screen in VB, into Crystal to update our Sales Ack form. I can pull up the Sales Ack., but
am not sure how to "find" and pull in the 2 new fields. I know your expertise will save me alot of time in trying to
figure it out on my own.

Thanks ALOT!
