Do you know how to copy the report to a new library? If so copy the
report to a new Library (a library has a ".prl" extension) then you can
email it to me and I will take a look at it for you.

The only change that I have made is changing the date. I would like to

able to run the report up to yesterday. These are the only 2 calculated

to modify a report with little to no experience. I have a report
that I need to modify the dates to show all inventory that is out

the plant and has had no movement over the past 2 years. This

I am new with this, have never been to a class and I am being asked
to modify a report with little to no experience. I have a report
that I need to modify the dates to show all inventory that is out in
the plant and has had no movement over the past 2 years. This report
has been ran one other time when the individual who created it new
what to change and where. Now they are gone and I am here to figure

Is the report looking at parttran records and then parttran.trantype field?
You can use the "Data Dictionary" to lookup the fields used in the report
along with the calculated field logic and filter logic to figure out whats
going on then change it.

No filter on the date range. They are setup in a calculated field.

I'm assuming this is in report builder. If so pull up Report
Builder,
browse to the ".prl" or library that contains the report and select
the
report. After it comes up look for the filter icon. He probably
had
some
filter setup for the dates.

I am new with this, have never been to a class and I am being

to modify a report with little to no experience. I have a report
that I need to modify the dates to show all inventory that is out

the plant and has had no movement over the past 2 years. This

has been ran one other time when the individual who created it new
what to change and where. Now they are gone and I am here to
figure
it out. Can anyone help me out.
