We are on E9 503B
Â
We want to auto print the packing slip when the Shipped tick box is ticked.
Â
We have created a BAM against the ShipHead and picked the ReadyToInvoice field.
Â
We then set an Auto Print up and chose the Report Def etc.
Â
In the report def we set up the auto print info and chose the printer.
Â
When the BAM is printed, it came up with an error in the system monitor.
 Â
error message with “OrderHed Record not foundâ€â€¦
Â
The error logged in the server log.
Â
We went in Report Style and put a / in front of the report location (i.e. /reports/CustomeReports.... instead of reports/customreports...).
Â
This then freed up the error message and the document was sent to the printer.
Â
However, the document was totally blank. In the system monitor when we previewed the document it also previews as a blank document.
Â
If you go in the old fashioned way to print the Packing Slip it prints with no problems which suggests that the reports and data def are working.
Â
Does anyone else have a similar issue? Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try?

We go Live on Monday so Im desperate for any help.

I have it logged with Epicor Support but am trying to get help from anyone.
