Check the details tab - sometimes there are no records selected due to
improper criteria for the report?

Can someone help me out here... I submit anything to print in Vantage...
I open the System Monitor to watch... the item I submitted to print
immediately appears in the Active Tasks tab, after a few seconds it
drops off and re-appears on the History Tasks tab and has a status of
COMPLETE but the document never prints out. What could be the cause of
this? Do I have the wrong Crystal Client version? Is it something to
do with Open Edge? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
