We have recently installed Vantage to a new terminal server.
Now when some users log on and try to run a reports from the menu in vantage, they get
a "unable to open d:\epicor\PRGS91D\convmap.cp file" error. (there is no D: drive on this system)/
I edited the registry on the new terminal server and made sure the DLC variable is pointed to the
correct place. When I log in as administrator, I do not get these errors. I checked all of the permissions,
all seem OK.
Our database database server DB is installed on the D:\ drive. I am guessing that this parameter is being
passed from there.
Does anyone know how to overcome this problem? I went to the progress knowledgebase but was not able
to find anything that worked.
thanks in advance.
