I think the Epicor Tools User Guide has some pages on it (well worth the money if you don't already have it). The system help isn't bad either.

Hi All,

My Sales Team have requested the On Hand Qty and Available Qty to be displayed on the Quote Entry screen when they add a part to the quote.

If you look at the SO Entry screen, when you add a line and add a part to the line, it displays the On Hand Qty and Available Qty for the part selected.

This way the sales person can instantly see how many of the part is in stock and advise the customer.

A lot of the time, our customers ask if the parts are in stock when they are requesting a quotation.

How can I display the On Hand Qty and Available Qty on the Quote Entry > Line screen?

Any help (as usual) is appreciated.
