Vantage Error When Receiving Parts

Hello,

We are running into an error when attempting to receive some part
shipments through Receiving Entry. When we attempt to save a receiving
pack slip for some part numbers we get the following error:

Unexpected Error.** text translations record not on file. (138)

It appears to have a problem with the bo/Receipt.p program when it
attempts to create a row in the RcvDtl table. We are running Vantage
8.03 305K. Has anyone run into this error before?
