I'm not sure the distinction is important. Epicor chose it -- Epicor
implemented it.
We're still concerned about form loading at Electroimpact. The Form Cache is
useless for most of our users because they don't stay in Vantage all day.
Now if each form could be a dynamic link routine a Terminal Server could
store in memory for the first user and subsequent users take advantage of,
that would be useful.
