Vantage 8.03 "Print Count Variance Report" question

We're on 9.04.507A. I'm guessing that the costs come from the PartCost
table: PartCost.AvgTotalCost. There is also a field for each element
e.g. PartCost.AvgLaborCost.



Again guessing, the system may grab those costs when you freeze the
inventory balances for a physical count. Therefore the costs on the
report may be different than what you see at a later date when inventory
activity may have recalculated the averages.



I'm not an IT guy nor do I play one on TV but since you received no
answers, I thought that you might be able to do some investigation
starting with the above information. I don't know how different our
9.04.507A is from your version in that area either .

We are on "average costing" in Vantage and I was needing to know if anyone knows "where" in the Vantage DB does Vantage get the part cost information from in order to run the "Print Count Variance Report"? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..
