Vantage 8.03 Dashboard

I never did get an answer. What I ended up doing was creating some buttons that when pressed would set the dates to today, this month, last month, this year, last year.

Vantage 8.03.407 Progress

I have a dashboard with tracker that has two date controls on it that I
can set to display an Invoice query of all invoices between the two
dates. I would like the two date controls to default to todays date
when the dashboard is loaded. I know how to set them to todays date in
a customizaion, but there doesn't appear to be a load event or other
trigger I can use to set them when the dashboard is first loaded. Any
ideas?

Have you tried putting a rule on the dashboard where invoicehed.date (or whatever field) is equal to todays date?
