[Vantage 8.03] BAM Auto-Print

I called support again and they said they have confirmed that it is a
bug in the system and we will have to wait for a patch to come
out...unlikely.

I set up a BAN for the OrderHed>AutoPrintReady field. In the Actions
tab i checked "Create Log" and "Auto-Print" I selected the "Sales
Order Acknowledgment" Report ID and the "OrderAck" Data Definition ID.
When in the Sales Order Form I check the "Auto-Print Ready" checkbox
on the summary sheet. The Change log shows a change and verifies to
me that my BAM is working correctly. The issue i am having is that
nothing prints. I called support about this and they didn't even know
that there was an option to auto-print. Is there something else i am
missing. The only other thing i did was set up a printer in the
Printer Maintenance file and selected that printed in the Company
Maintenance file. What am i missing?

Dude, I'm in the same boat. If you wait long enough, SOMETIMES things will
print but I have never been able to get this feature to work. If you have an
issue number, count me in.
