As long as the fields exist, you would go into the customization of the
form created for the first table, go to the menu on the customization
screen then data tools and add a foriegn key view

Does anyone know how could we add a field to a user Defined table (e.g.
ud02) and this field is referenced to another user defined table(e.g.
ud01) ?
