I will be running the APS and would like the scheduler to look at employee availability as well as machine availability when scheduling jobs.
To do this I will set up employees as a resource and link the resources to capabilities.
However some employees work on a rotating shift i.e. mornings week 1 afternoons week 2. A second rotating shift works opposite to this.
I have created a resource group for shift A and Shift B so that I can apply a different calendar to each shift group.
How best do I configure a production calendar so that week 1 is 6.00-14.00 and week 2 is 14.00-22.00 week 3 is 06.00-14.00 etc
