Vantage 6.1x - can you turn parts on quote into parts on parts M

Create the part in the Part Master and then engineer the revision. Get
the method from the quote and you can then approve the revision and
check it back in.

V6.1 is capable of that. One thing you may be required to do is mark the
quote detail line as a template so that you can get the method from that
detail line.

To my knowledge there is not any automatic function to turn 'quote
parts' into 'part master' parts. Customization would be required, as
there are several tables being 'added-to' and updated when a part is put
into part master.
