Vantage 6.10 quits working at midnight

Maybe try turning off the scheduling of the backups at midnight and see if that helps? You can run a manual backup so you don't go a day without backing up?

The only solution to fixing the problem is by restarting the server.
When the server is restarted, everything works fine until midnight the
next night. I recently replaced a network card that went bad in the
server with one of the same speed. Other than that, there has been no
other problems occurring. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Since you mention the NIC was replaced - is the vantage server a DHCP server? If yes, then make sure that the DHCP service is bound to the new NIC and the new IP address if that is the case. There are quite a few other weird things that can happen after replacing a NIC on a server, especially if the IP address has changed. A good place to start would be to enable logging on your switch and see what happens around midnight.

Up until 2 months ago, we had the same problem with printing. Vantage
(8.xx) would open and work normally but nobody could print . Solution
was to reboot the server, but the same thing would happen every day. The culprit turned out to be an automated
process (can't remember the name now) that the vantage server was
running at midnight every night. The process was an internal process in
vantage. After that was disabled, printing started working normally.
Although you have a different version, you
might have a similar issue if you patched recently. Other than this, you might also want to
check any processes that might be running at that time outside of
vantage at that time.
