Vantage 6.1 help screens

There is a registry setting that can fix this.

Where do I set up where/how to find the help files?
There is a registry fix for this - Vantage 6's HTML help broke due to
one of the windows security patches. Either manually edit the registry
key, or copy the lines below into a text file with a .REG extension,
then double click it.
