Vantage 6.1 500 & 515 Crystal errors from modified packing slip

I am having a similar problem with an unmodified Packing Slip/Shipping Label

I have modified a packing slip to meet our customer expectations.
Everyone on the network (2K & XPSP2 stations), can print except, of
course, the shipper. I have copied .dlls, uninstalled / reinstalled
Vantage & Progress completely, and even pulled in 8.5 distribution to
see if that would update. I had this station setup as a test for 8.03,
with Crystal XI. I have the same setup on my client with no problems.
Just in case, I uninstalled that app too.

Absolutely nothing has worked. After working with Techsupport I have
succumbed to the decision to reformat the PC, and start fresh unless
someone from this vast knowledge base has a solution.
