Vantage 6.0-tcp is busy, temp files populating desktop

This is usually due to there not being a Vantage work directory on the PC.

If I were to take a guess, during the upgrade they changed the vantage working directory from what it was prior. You could go to each workstation to add the new working directory but it would probably be easier to edit the vantage.vtg file to point to the old working directory.

logging onto Vantage- Error: Service transport TCP is busy.(5485).
This doesn't happen when logging onto PlantFloor(data collection
sessions).

Also, we are getting temp files being written to our desktops which
don't go away when exiting the system. They have
extensions .ftp,.cdx,.dbf.

Any ideas of what is going on?
