The purchasing girl, told me yesterday that not all of her open PO's were on her report. But I ran it myself last night, and made my own PO open report and confirmed myself all open PO's did show up.
But, I did find a few po's that seem to be "locked" with no data entered. When I type in the PO # to pull it up, this is all that I will receive

Then looking at a PO list, I see four PO's that are like this. I seem to receive that error 4 times.

Does anyone know how to clear these PO's?

I just tried running mine (in 6.1) and it gives me that same error (#138), but runs anyway after hitting "ok".
Can you do a quick Report Writer report? I know it doesn't fix the problem, but it would give you the data you are looking for.

Have you tried opening Crystal report with that report and doing a print
preview? Sometimes you will get a different error.

We did have one blank one, which I have never seen that happen before. But I
did delete it, but the error still happens. I am hoping once a reboot, it
will disappear.

Go to your Vendor Master and see if you have a blank record for a vendor. It
has happened to us a few times, not sure why, but you can just delete that
blank record and
your report should work. We're on 6.1 but have had the same thing happen.

The girl in purchasing went to run an open PO report, and is receiving an
error "vendor record not on file (138). She only runs this report a few
times a year, and never received it before. Any idea's? I searched Epicor
Answerbook but nothing came up.
We will be moving to 9.0 and she has been trying to clean up PO's that are
showing open but actually are closed. Not sure if this anything to do with
it or not.
I have the server scheduled to reboot tomorrow am. Just to see if this will
help.
We are on 5.2
