[Vantage 5.00 3.50]

After transactions are posted to a job it can never be deleted. Your only
option is to reverse the transactions so you have zero cost on the job and
then close it.

Subject: [Vantage] [Vantage 5.00 3.50]

We created a job in hopes of testing a new process. We issued
material and labor to this job. We then determined this wasn't how
we wanted to approach this particular process so we wanted to delete
this job rather than close it. We are able to back out and delete
all the labor against the job. Even if we do quantity adjustments
for the material, we can not delete the material and thus cannot
delete the job. We do not have the quality module. Does anyone know
how we might delete the material transaction. We can still close the
job but we were hoping to not have this in history. Yes, we have a
training library which someone choose not to use. (Another matter).
Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
