Vantage 5.0 to Citrix

I have/had the same problem with my upgrade. There are some install
instructions you can get from support, you might want to get them. I still
couldn't get my users on, but I found if I logged in as each user. Check
their drive mappings, got rid of the old ones and put the new ones in they
can at least get into Vantage.
Hope this helps a little.

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage 5.0 to Citrix

Hello Everyone,

As a brief background we are running 2 Citrix servers which if I'm
not mistaking are duel-933's with 1gb ram. Today we attempted to
upgrade our Citrix servers to Vantage 5.0, most of the users either
can't login at all or hang at the login screen. We have less than 15
users at the moment most of which are in Oklahoma where the main
servers are here in Ohio.

We upgraded our other servers yesterday to Vantage 5.0 with no major
problems a few minor exceptions like fixing a few Crytsal Reports.
The Citrix servers however seem to be lagging out even more so now
that 5.0 is on it.

We have WinNT4 using Terminal Server to run the Citrix servers. Has
anyone else experienced this using the same setup? If so how many
users do you have? We have less than 15 Citrix users at the moment.

We found out today that support for WinNT and Terminal Server is on
its way out the door as MS is trying to move people into using 2000
which is bad for us as we still use NT/TS. Anyone using 2000 server
have better success with the Vantage 5.0? and how many users do you
have using it?

I'm not sure I'm even asking the right questions as I sorta inherited
this. But if anyone has some ideas to help get us back on track with
Citrix I'd great appreciate some feedback. Please feel free to call
me directly or email.
