(Vantage 5.0) Customer Master

One of the companies I worked for had added an inactive button to the VB
form in Customer Maintenance. So I agree that it shouldn't be hard. We
would then also put the customer on hold.

Call Epicor and add your name to the suggestion. I believe there are a
few
names on the suggestion. Maybe if a few more people would add their name
to the list it would actually get done. I don't understand why all tables
do not have an inactive button. Doesn't seem like it would take that much
time to add the functionality, but would save users a lot of time looking
at inactive customers, contacts, etc.

If a customer has gone out of business, is it possible to delete or mark them inactive?
Thanks,
Keith
We have prefixed the customer name with "zz-" to move them to bottom of
browsers, remove from report builder reports (and Not BEGINS WITH "zz-", zz
tells everyone it's inactive.

Sure would be nice to have an INACTIVE check box like that in the Part
Maintenance window.
