We have a similar problem. We are using Insite, but that is really a
separate issue, as the packing problem in within Vantage/Epicor.
We use a phantom pack, so all boxes are on one packing slip. We tell
the phantom pack screen (hidden in Manifest Info/Tracking Details), the
number of boxes, it allows us to weigh each individually. The problem
with phantom packs is the Vantage does not know what is in each box to
get the correct insurance value for each box. It assumes all boxes have
the same value (total value of packing slip / # of boxes). Phantom
Packs do show up in AR.
