Can you be more specific about the bug?
We're on 9.04.507A, and we have several (in the hundreds) of invoices that are NOT showing on the AR Aging when run Select By Invoice Date and Age By Due Date, but ARE showing when run Select By Invoice Date and Age By Invoice Date. These invoices SHOULD be showing on both.
Recently these invoices have also disappeared from Customer Statements. Our AR clerk is doing a lot of extra legwork to make sure she gets our customers all the information they need (and to make sure WE get PAID).
Epicor has been absolutely no help at all.
Our upgrade to 9.05.7XX is at best several months away.
Does the bug you reference have anything to do with this?
