Its under system mananagement/utilities. You create an id for your solution and when you save it automatically brings in and displays all RDD, BAQ,s Dashboards, etc., You can then decide which ones you want to maintain for that particular solution manager ID

Do you have any more information on the solutions manager?
Is it in a sub-menu?
Thanks,

Joe, if you are just getting into E9, check out the Solutions Manager as well. They added it around 9.04 and it allows you to now transfer data definitions in additions to dashboards, BAQs, etc betwen databases. Not well publicized but finally added in E9. Look under systems management and you will see it

Sheesh. So simple. I just tried it and I got the same results.
I was so fixated on how it worked in V8, I just assumed it was broke. :)
Thanks Scott.

We are using 9.04.506a also. Fwiw, if I open BAQ Designer, enter an
unrecognized value into the Query ID field and press tab, the app
immediately prefixes our company ID on the value and displays a "Record
not
found. Add new?" prompt.

Scott

I was told that too by Epicor support, but am so used to putting it in
there
that I havent tried without it. They said if you create the query ID and
description and click save it should add the company identifier in the
beginning but havent seen it work yet

E9.04.506A
In V8, when creating a BAQ, the Company ID would automatically populate
in the ID field and I believe that this was a requirement when creating
BAQs, the ID must be prefixed with the company ID.
When I create a BAQ in E9, the company ID does not auto populate. Does
this mean that it is not required in E9 or is it required but is a know
bug?
