V8 Product Configurator

The item needs to be non- stock item and also should have approved
revision, before the configurator can be used.

Probably will call support today, but I am playing around in the Training
Database trying to figure out how to implement a home-grown product
configurator but everything related to product configuration is grayed out. I
see the license code in the Vantage Administrator program. Also, no configured
parts show up in a search although the typical suspects can be found in the
part screen. (CFG-PD, etc.)

Any thoughts?

Mark,
This is simply because you can not access the config interface from the main
menu. You have to check out the item to an ECO and then it is available from
the action menu in the workbench.
