V8.00.11B - Engineering Workbench - Record lock issues - HELP

We had the same issue here sonsistantly if our engineers were doing anything with a subcontract op in the Eng Workbench. We did get a fix from Epicor though. This message comes up in a few different places and the have a dump & load that is supposed to fix throughout the software. We just loaded up the 'One Off" EngWorkBench.r file they sent me, but will do the dump & load process when we do our next patch upgrade.
Another place to look that we discovered the same problem was in Payroll Employee Maintenance when trying to change deduction amounts. My gal had to change them all manually, because she kept getting the message. Just an FYI
If you need any further help let me know. I talked to Amy Zustiak at Epicor support to get these fixes.

It happens every so often in other screens as well! Just do the same
thing.

V8.00.11B - Engineering Workbench - record lock issues

Installed v8.00.11B to fix MES issues in Eng-Workbench.

Since then we've seen "Record has been modified by another user and
couldn't be updated" on most items in Eng-Workbench.

Problem is also showing up on Part Maintenance for the same items.

From Eng-WB the details are-

Program: core@BizRuleEngine.p <mailto:core%40BizRuleEngine.p>
Method: MainBlock
Table: ECOOpr
Field: DaysOut

Epicor requested we do an ASCII dump and load.

Problem survived.

Epicor tech 1 says DB is OK ...
Epicor tech 2 says repeat dump and load
Epicor tech 3 says a FIXTHIS.R procedure will probably be required.

Hmmm, I don't suppose one of you folks has run into this already and
could point is in the right direction?

Thanks

Also, other processes will cause the same error. I was going crazy
over not being able to refresh and then make changes. Turned out that
the cost accountant had left it open in her workbench...
